How
does this champion fighter & brilliant business
leader
produce such extraordinary results?
Through
the fire of compassion.

A master-teacher,
Jeff Alexander, founder and facilitator of Warrior Spirit
programs, has been teaching for over 30 years, and has been
internationally acclaimed as one of the most powerful, moving,
and humorous leaders of our time. Teaching has taken him around
the world, speaking on a wide spectrum of subjects including,
Working From the Heart, The Ecstasy of Confrontation, The
Spirit of Management, Negotiating with Integrity, and the
Voice of Power: Presentation of a Leader.
He
has taught alongside some of the greats, including Buckminster
Fuller, Anthony Robbins, Gerald Jampolsky, Steve Allan, Sid
Caesar, Terry Cole-Whittaker, Bernie Siegel, and Norman Cousins.
Jeff is also an
expert negotiator, having consulted on negotiations with the
USA and Panamanian Armed Forces, and for the Panamanian Ministry
of Labor. In addition, he successfully negotiated contracts
with California labor unions for ten years.
Dr.
Alexander graduated with honors from UCLA School of Dentistry
in 1977 where he was named Student of the Year by the American
Society for Dentistry of Children. He opened four dental offices
and left active practice in 1985. Jeff now lives in Washington
State with his wife Laurie and their six children, where he
still works in management and training for his California
dental corporation.
Jeff worked his
way through dental school by training police officers, actors,
stuntmen, and professional fighters in the art of self-defense
and fear management. He worked intensively with law enforcement
researching violence, interviewing incarcerated criminals,
interviewing victims of crimes, and preparing police and fire
fighters to program their minds and bodies for the adrenaline
state of violent confrontations.
He was assistant
trainer and sparring partner to Sylvester Stallone and Carl
Weathers for the movie Rocky III, and he choreographed and
performed many fight sequences for film and television. He
also worked with Chuck Norris to create the first full-contact
karate team in Los Angeles. Jeff has been interviewed by countless
newspapers, radio and television shows, including Oprah Winfrey,
Evening Magazine, AM San Francisco, PM Magazine, Sun-Up San
Diego, and hosts of news programs. He co-produced the family
television special You've Got the Power! with his wife Laurie,
which was nominated for an Emmy Award.
Jeff combined his talents as a powerful
speaker and successful entrepreneur, with his experience as
a competitive fighter and law enforcement trainer to create
Warrior Spirit. He teaches that power comes not through violence
or aggression, but through gentleness, courage, and the integration
of the emotional, mental physical and spiritual aspects. This
is the foundation of Warrior Spirit.
